Moving to Rotterdam with multiple new residents at the same time can be quite a challenge! That is why +Inhuismeester have been called in to help you during your move to Clubhouse Boompjes. +Inhuismeester will oversee the big move onsite to ensure it runs smoothly. On the one hand by being present on location, on the other hand through this online moving planner, where you can reserve a timeslot. Could you please take the following points into consideration? This way, we can keep all residents happy!
Keep in mind the key handover of your apartment. Naturally, you can only reserve a timeslot after your key handover.
Only 1 timeslot can be booked per apartment.
A timeslot lasts a maximum of 3 hours.
For the delivery of your washing machine, sofa or a few boxes, you do not need to book a slot. The timeslots are only for the big moves. This way we keep everything running smoothly!
The dimensions of the lift are 1.200 x 2.300 x 2.400 mm (w x d x h). Please note: this does not include any potential formwork.
You can use the municipality containers for household waste at the Scheepmakershaven (Close to residential tower The Red Apple). Larger waste must be taken directly to the recycling centre. For example, the Delfshaven Recycling Centre is open Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, and on Sundays from 9:00am to 1:00pm.
When you move into your new apartment, a roll container will be available on site to help you move your belongings. Once your finished we kindly request you to return the roll container to the +Inhuismeesters.
The (un)loading zone is located in front of the building entrance on Hertekade. You can use this during your booked time slot with the instructions of the Inhuismeesters. Be aware: in order to reach the (un)loading zone there is a maximum height of 3.8m.
There is no parking available on Hertekade; it is strictly for loading and unloading. There is a nearby parking garage available ‘’Stadsgarage Boompjes.’’
Hely offers a shared transport service, which includes rental vans for moving. Check out the LIVVIN app for more info and to book your vehicle.
Timeslots are available between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM from the 20th of February until the 23rd of March. If you are unable to move during this initial period, please don't worry! You are free to move after the move planner at your convenience. Please note that after the 23rd of March, neither the +Inhuismeester nor moving materials will be available on site.
When making a reservation, your details will be requested so that we can contact you with questions. The address details we request from you are the details of your new address.

If you have reserved a time slot but find that you are unable to use it after all, we kindly ask you to cancel the reservation (or change it if you would prefer to use a different time slot). This way, we can be sure that we can accommodate all residents to the best of our ability.
